The data will be sent to the President of the Board.  The election of the Board of Directors takes place at the annual homeowners meeting in April. However, if a vacancy occurs, the board may elect a person to fill the vacancy until the next annual meeting. Therefore, if you have an interest in serving in this capacity, please let the Board know so that all options are available to them.
