Annual Meeting

Registration from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Smithfield Library, 255 James Street

 

PROXY

 

Please sign your name(s) exactly as it appears on your deed, date, and include the address of your property at Gatling Pointe. If the property is owned by more than one person, all persons listed on the deed must sign.  If property is owned by a corporation, please give the full corporate name, along with the title of the individual authorized to sign on behalf of the corporation.  If the property is owned by a partnership, please sign in partnership name by authorized partner(s).

 

This proxy must be returned whether or not you attend the meeting in order that we may establish a quorum. Do not assign it to yourself. You may assign it to a Board Member such as the "Secretary" or a neighbor who will be attending the meeting. All homeowners in good standing are authorized one (1) vote per home.  Should you attend, the proxy will be returned to you prior to the start of the meeting and replaced with a voting ballot.
