Budget Information

The budget is updated each year and distributed in October / November. Our UPA representative has requested we not publish this document online. SO, if you have either misplaced yours or you are a new resident and you never got a copy, you have to contact Kelley Platz UPA management liaison, 757-873-1185 ext 463. Be sure to ask for both the budget and the narrative that goes with the line item report.
